From the LeftyBlogs feed: Wilkinson (pop. 10K) gets more transportation stimulus funding than Fulton

Talk about something crying out for follow-up, as in, what on earth is it being spent on.

Even if you take away the $47 million for the bypass, you've still got nearly $9 million left -- more than Clayton is getting!

It looks crazy on the face of it. I guess the next stop to find out what on earth it all is would be the Georgia DOT, since Recovery.org lists them as project owners.
